RESOLUTION
RESOLUTION
Recognizing and commending Mrs. Ofelia Sierra Clemmons; and for other purposes.
WHEREAS,
Mrs. Ofelia Sierra Clemmons has long been recognized by the citizens of this state for the vital role that she has played in leadership and her business acumen; and

a graduate of Walton High School, Mrs. Clemmons attended Oxford College, earned a bachelor of science degree from the University of Georgia, and is a certified neuromuscular therapist; and

WHEREAS,
she is the owner of The Muscle Relaxers in Atlanta, Georgia, a team of mobile message therapists; and

Mrs. Clemmons is trained and experienced in the areas of Qigong, nerve injuries, pregnancy massage, and reflexology; and

she is a person of magnanimous strengths with an unimpeachable reputation for integrity, intelligence, fairness, and kindness; and

it is abundantly fitting and proper that the outstanding accomplishments of this remarkable and distinguished Georgian be appropriately recognized.
